“It was a weird feeling. We all knew it was gonna happen…but it just always seemed such a far away thing, really. It was quite emotional, really. Partly it was kind of seeing Dan cry, I think. I’ve never seen him cry, I don’t think. We’re not really used seeing each other cry at all, really.”

- Rupert Grint (When Harry Left Hogwarts)

Rosie: How’d you get the part? Rupert Grint: I sent in a photograph and waited weeks and weeks for a reply but nothing happened. So I went on this website, some of the kids were sending in video tapes of themselves reading the books. And I really wanted to be in this film, so I made this video tape. I dressed up as my drama teacher, who was a girl so it was kind of scary.Rosie: So you dressed up as a woman?Rupert Grint: Yeah.Rosie: Then what?Rupert: Then I made this rap song about how much I wanted to be in the film. Then I made this speech thing up for Ron and sent it in. Then I got asked, “Would you like an audition?”  It was so cool!

Now I understand why I was confused! :)) Peter Pan and Dumbledore apparently said quite similar things :D

419. When Fred died, he met Lily and James Potter at King’s Cross. They were sitting on a bench, and though they looked as though they had been waiting quite some time, they looked happy. “Are - are you Harry’s parents?” Fred asked. They both nodded. “What’s going on? Am I dead? I think I died - I mean - well - where are we?” Lily smiled. “King’s Cross. A train’s going to come in a while. You can board it if you like. It’ll take you on.” Fred smiled weakly. “Why are you waiting? Are you going to get on the train?” James grinned. “We’re waiting. For someone.” Fred opened his mouth a little bit in comprehension. “If - if I want to wait for someone, can I? Can I not get on the train? Can I sit here and wait too?” Lily and James beamed at him, totally understanding. “Of course,” Lily said. “if you’ve got someone worth waiting for.” Fred cracked a smile that shot from ear to ear. He sat down, and he didn’t care if it was months, years, or decades that he had to wait. He would wait. “Oh yes.” he concluded. “He’s definitely worth waiting for.”
